Jabulani, our Aftercare Manager has been doing home visits this week and we just had to share the success story of Sandile. Sandile joined I Care years ago, after being a glue sniffer and living on the streets of Durban. He did our Rehabilitation Program, Khutaza, and then went on to reside in our I Care houses until I Care felt he was stable enough to return home.
Sandile is now doing fourth year degree in Management at Howard College through NSFAS. He is so grateful to I Care for taking him off the streets and giving him a future!
