OUR BIGGEST MANDELA DAY GOAL:

Become an iCare 67 Hero with a Monthly Debit Order

or

This Mandela Day, Don’t Just Give Once… Give Hope Every Month.

Dear Friends,

Every year on 18 July, South Africans are encouraged to dedicate 67 minutes to serving others in honour of Nelson Mandela’s 67 years of public service.

At iCare, we see every day how one act of kindness can change the course of a child’s life.

But what if your Mandela Day impact didn’t end after 67 minutes?

What if it continued every month?

This year, we’re inviting you to become an iCare 67 Hero by signing up for a monthly debit order in the spirit of 67.

Whether you choose R67, R134, R201, R268, R335, R402, R469, R536 or R670 per month, your gift will provide hope, healing and opportunity for vulnerable street children as they journey from the streets towards restoration.

Small monthly gifts create lasting change.

There Are Many Ways to Give

Not everyone is able to give financially every month, and that’s okay.

You can also support iCare by embracing the spirit of 67 in other meaningful ways.

Perhaps you could:

  • Donate 67 food items
  • Collect 67 toiletries
  • Give 67kg of groceries
  • Volunteer 67 minutes of your time
  • Encourage your workplace, church or school to take up a 67 Challenge

Every act of kindness makes a difference.

❤️ Become One of Our 67 Heroes

While every donation is appreciated, monthly giving has the greatest long-term impact.

A monthly debit order allows us to:

  • Feed children every day.
  • Respond immediately when a child needs help.
  • Keep children in school.
  • Continue outreach programmes.
  • Provide counselling and rehabilitation.
  • Plan confidently for the future.

One small monthly gift can change a life.

Together, We Can Keep Mandela’s Legacy Alive

“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”
– Nelson Mandela

Thank you for standing with iCare and the vulnerable children we serve.
